Yes. The interactive sample-room demo on this website does not require an account or a personal room photograph.

You can move the sample rug, turn it, switch between its three sizes, change rooms, compare two rugs and share the scene. It runs the same visualizer as the Shopify app, with one sample rug instead of your catalogue.

Yes. In the Shopify app, shoppers can upload a photo of their own room; the floor, furniture and scale are found automatically and the rug is laid in at its real size. The website demo shows sample rooms only.

No. The preview helps with context and proportion. Scale and screen colour are approximate, and physical measurements, material details and retailer information remain important.

It can help customers assess visual fit, but no specific reduction is guaranteed. Review your return reasons and measure results for comparable products after allowing time for returns to be recorded.

Yes. The Analytics page in the app shows, per period, how often the room view was opened, which rugs shoppers look at most, which they add to the cart and each rug’s cart rate, which rooms they use, own room photos, comparisons, shares and the share of phones. It also points out rugs that sell above average and rugs that are looked at but rarely bought. The events are anonymous: no names, IP addresses or orders.

This product website and its help content are available in English and German. Languages for a production storefront integration should be confirmed during setup.

Yes. The current product connects a Shopify catalogue to room visualization. Your theme, product journey and integration scope are reviewed before setup.

Setup is guided. Timing depends on catalogue readiness, your theme and agreed integration work. The schedule is confirmed before starting; no universal fixed launch deadline is published.

Prepare product names, variant identifiers, dimensions with consistent units, product-page URLs and clear full-rug images. Confirm the required import format and image specifications during setup.

The current preparation guidance starts with rug images and product data. Do not commission a complete set of 3D models before confirming the exact asset requirements for your collection.

The update workflow is part of integration planning. Confirm whether changes are automatic, assisted or handled through an agreed import process, and which maintenance work is included.

Yes. Multi-store planning is described in the Enterprise scope. Confirm each storefront, language, catalogue and support requirement in your brief.

Free costs nothing (2 products, 5 photo analyses a month). Start costs $109, Business $279, Pro $569 and Premium $1,129 a month, billed in US dollars through Shopify and excluding VAT; yearly billing gives two months free. The paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, and Premium is white label, without the small “Raum Visualisierer” credit in the room view. Enterprise is agreed individually.

Free shows 2 products in the visualizer, Start 100, Business 500, Pro 2,000 and Premium unlimited. With more products than the plan covers, you choose the ones to show with the tag raum-visualisierer.

The visualizer keeps working: shoppers use every sample room as usual, and only uploading their own room photos pauses until the next billing cycle. There are no extra charges; if you need more, switch to a bigger plan at any time. So that a few visitors cannot use up the allowance, each shopper can have up to five of their own photos analysed per day. The free trial includes a limited number of photo analyses to try the feature.

Yes. The plans have no setup fee: install the app, add the block to your product page and the visualizer reads sizes from your variants. Only Enterprise work such as your own rooms is agreed separately.

No. This website takes no payment and creates no subscription. A demo request prepares an email for you to send; the plan itself is chosen and billed in Shopify.

Email anfragen@raumvisualisierer.de. The website forms prepare an email in your email application. Review and send it there; submitting the website form alone does not deliver the message.

Nowhere. In the Shopify app, a shopper’s room photo is analysed in memory on Google Cloud in the EU (Belgium) and not stored. The website demo does not ask for room photos. Details are in the privacy policy for the Shopify app.

Only with your consent: Google Analytics measures how the website is used once you allow it in the cookie banner, and you can change that under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. The site also keeps your language choice in your browser. See the privacy page for details.
