Prices in US dollars, excluding VAT. Billing runs through Shopify in USD; you can change or cancel the plan at any time. Sample rooms do not count as photo analyses, only photos shoppers upload of their own room.

When an allowance is used up

  • Photo analysesThe visualizer keeps working, with every sample room. Only uploading shoppers’ own room photos pauses until the next billing cycle.
  • No extra chargesYou are never charged more automatically. If you need more, switch to a bigger plan at any time.
  • ProductsIf your store has more products than the plan covers, you choose the ones shown in the visualizer with the tag “raum-visualisierer”.

Does it work with Shopify?

Yes. The current product connects a Shopify catalogue to room visualization. We review your theme and product journey before setup.

How quickly can we launch?

Setup is guided, without rebuilding your store. Timing depends on catalogue readiness and integration scope; we confirm it before starting.

Can customers use their own room?

Yes. They can upload a room photo or choose a ready-made room. No separate app is needed.

How realistic is the preview?

It shows the rug in context with the room. Scale and colour are approximate; customers should still check product dimensions.

What is included in the price?

Every plan includes every feature, with no setup fee; the paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, and Free stays free (2 products, 5 photo analyses a month). The plans differ in the number of products and photo analyses; Premium is also white label. Billing runs through Shopify.

What happens when the photo analyses are used up?

The visualizer keeps working: shoppers use every sample room as usual, and only uploading their own room photos pauses until the next billing cycle. There are no extra charges; if you need more, switch to a bigger plan at any time. So that a few visitors cannot use up the allowance, each shopper can have up to five of their own photos analysed per day. The free trial includes a limited number of photo analyses to try the feature.
