For merchants using the app

Merchants who use the Raum Visualisierer app for Shopify can sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR with Roots Organics GmbH. The agreement is drafted in German, which governs. It covers the room photos analysed in memory, the anonymous usage counts kept for 400 days, request logs kept for 30 days, hosting with Google Cloud in Belgium, the technical and organisational measures and the subprocessors.
